In the Halo novels, John 117, the Master Chief, was the squad leader for the elite SPARTAN II group of cybernetically enhanced super soldiers. Linda 058 was the top sniper of the squad, so I figured I'd draw her. I left the helmet off, cause then she'd look exactly like the Master Chief. Now in glorious technicolour. I suck as a colorist.

Master Chief even says in the books that Linda is the best spartan, because she can go alone
while each spartan has a mastery over something MC is the best leader by far, yet Linda can go on her own for days on end, while the others require a teammate or two
its kind of odd that he would say she is the best, but i believe it, in the third book when she was sniping Covies aboard the space station place, no one could find her and it took MC i while to find her too
even then he was still up in the air with a banshee so he got an aerial view and that helped him find her

oh shit yeah i forgot about that
that takes mad skill, i mean seriously, because for one if u hang upside down too long all the blood will flow to your head and knock u unconscious or even kill you (i think)
and two, u have to be VERY strong to hang for that long because u dont want ur legs giving out or breaking or straining one of your muscles

well I'd agree it's not the best coloring in the house... I think the fabirc parts of the armors could look cooler, look for some photos of people wearing leather, that should help a lot
